Built-ins

Built-ins are an awesome way to transform a cookie-cutter home into a custom home. Lets be honest, here in Utah, builder grade often means junky. Which usually isn't true. Builder grade in our book just means a blank slate. Its not ugly, just boring. Let us add that

Wainscoting

This is a classical technique that can be traced back to 16th century England. Wainscoting is a term that catches all different types of wall-trim treatments. Whether it is board and batten, bead board, or—heaven-forbid—70's wood paneling.

Pricing Basics

The most important question we get is always, "How much it will cost?" We know how frustrating it can be to not get a straight-to-the-point answer. So, we are going to do our best here! This is generally a little more difficult to answer when first approaching a project. However, we have some basic pricing that can help you get started. For example, for a basic mud room built-in, it will cost about $1500. That price can go up or down depending on size, detail, materials, etc. But, it should be in the price range. For wainscoting, basic pricing is about $1850. That price will go up and down depending on the details you pick, the size of the wall, type of lumber, etc...but again, most projects will fall in that ballpark.

How Will Pricing Work?

  1. We will meet and give a ballpark figure (estimate). If this figure is acceptable we will get down to the nitty-gritty details.
  2. Once designs are a little more specific we can give you a quote. The quote will have an up front cost for us to buy the materials and get started.
  3. Once the down-payment is paid we will begin building your custom built-ins or custom carpentry project. We will do everything we can on the project in our workshop first before we bring it to your house. Something the project will be ready to bolt into place and its done in a day, other times it will require some fabrication to take place in your home. This will all be discussed before we even begin the process.
  4. We will bring the project to your home and install the piece. Most of the time this will go fairly quick, especially if it was mostly built in the shop.
  5. Once it is installed we will require the remaining payment paid that day on site.
  6. If there are touch-ups you would like done or over the years damage has occurred we are happy to come out and fix any of those issues. Or we can meet up to start on the next project.

Meet the Management of Trifect Marketing

Beau and Drew learned at an early age the importance of hard work. Growing up seeing their father run his own businesses they learned many of the challenges and benefits presented by running a company. They also learned what most businesses today are missing: Ethics and values. They hold fast to the belief that simply because something is legal, doesn’t mean it should be done. Drew and Beau have always strived to pursue businesses that uplift and assist people. Because, at the end of the day to Drew and Beau, the most important things are people.
